Nutritionella workout of the week 7

Between the busyness of work and the blog rebranding, I took the opportunity to unplug and unwind with some friends in Seattle this past weekend. I spent nearly four entire days away from my computer–treating myself to good food, a fresh manicure, lots of laughs with one of my college besties and catching up on much needed sleep. I must say it was kind of amazing–I just hope I didn’t leave you hanging by putting off last week’s workout post until today.

Thankfully, when it comes to working out, the better late than never attitude always applies. I’ve had a few requests for another power hour so I made this week’s workout fully customizable. Take what you need or have time for… 20 minutes, 40 minutes or go for the full power hour, especially if you want to work off some of those weekend indulgences like I do. I’m heading out for a run this afternoon but will be hitting the gym for a power hour of my own before work tomorrow morning.
