It’s Friday. We made it! Feels good, doesn’t it?
Before we get this week’s workout underway, I want to say a HUGE thank you for your kind words the other day. I know change can be uncomfortable. I mean, I too cringe every time Google decides to rearrange my inbox, or Facebook messes with my Newsfeed–so thanks! For those of you who mentioned you’re also considering a blog rebrand, I plan to share some of what I’ve learned once the process is done if you’re interested!
Okay. Enough procrastinating. Let’s get sweaty. A few things about this workout. 1) It’s 100% bodyweight. Here’s how you can tell with just a quick glance. 2) Stance jacks are fun! But those plank jumps… I imagine you’ll have a love-hate relationship with them too. Just be prepared to feel those babies for days afterwards. 3) I know you LOVE the spider man plank jack, so this time I added a push-up after each one. You’re welcome.
