Move Your Booty Monday is BACK! Up until now I’ve only done {arm} sandwich workouts. I’ll probably continue with these sandwich workouts every-other week or so since many of you seem to love them! I squeezed this workout in before work this morning, after dropping my momma off at the airport for her super early flight. Walking around the hospital may be a little difficult later today.
