Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon (about 1/2 medium melon), cut into chunks
- 4 cups ice
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, ice and lime juice in a blender and puree on high until smooth.
- Place 3-4 mint leaves in each glass and muddle, pressing down lightly on the leaves and giving just a few gentle turns. Fill the glass 2/3 full with watermelon water and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime, fresh mint leaf and/or a small slice of watermelon.
