workout of the week

nutritionella workout of the week 9

Speed Skaters | Oblique Crabber Crunches | Squats | Plank Jack + Wide Leg Push-up

Soooo, I put off posting last week’s workout thinking I’d be able to share it with you from the shiny, new blog this morning. Unfortunately we hit some snags over the weekend which pushed the debut back just a few more days–so guess what? We’re going to have one last nutritionella Workout of the Week!

This one uses 100% body weight–perfect for those days you don’t have time to hit the gym, or those nights you can’t peel yourself away from the girl drama happening on The Bachelor—that is if you’re hip enough to watch The Bachelor. I personally prefer the mob-drama on General Hospital more.

I hope to be sharing the new blog with you later this week but for now, have a fabulous + sweaty Monday, friends!

PS. If you missed it, here’s a sneak peek that I posted to Facebook this weekend!

  • Sometimes there is nothing better than a really tough workout that makes you sweat! I have learned some great advices on how to get prepared to the hardest trainings from this blog: militarygradenutritionals.com/blog/. Beside other things, they provide awesome info about DOMS relief. Now I can easily go through 2 or even 3 consecutive training classes in the gym. Because of increased endurance I never more feel exhausted after my workouts. And the best part: my pounds go off easily and my shape is better than ever before!
